PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated device that suppresses a timing jitter in which a waveform dullness fluctuates due to that the amount of output simultaneous switching noise fluctuates.SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated device has: a plurality of output buffer means 106 for outputting data to pseudo-memory circuit means 107 and storage means 109; output buffer control means 103 for controlling the timing with which the output buffer means 106 outputs the data; delay selection means 102 for generating data send-out timing; data determination means 105 for determining whether or not to send the data to the pseudo-memory circuit means 107; and a capacity selection means 111 for controlling a load capacity that the pseudo-memory circuit means 107 has so that a characteristic close to the electric characteristics of the output buffer means 106 through the storage means 109 is obtained. The output buffer control means 103 determines, upon determination by the data determination means 105, whether or not to send inverted data to the pseudo-memory circuit means 107.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
