PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic device capable of swiftly enhancing the security level responding to the possibility that an unauthorized access is made.SOLUTION: The portable electronic device has a communication part and a processor part. The communication part performs a communication with an outside unit. The processor part is a section which performs a processing to respond to a command received by the communication part.
