PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain fixed output from a drive motor regardless of a temperature condition.SOLUTION: A torque control device 100 and method and a motor controller are provided. The torque control device includes: an interlinkage magnetic flux estimation part for estimating a variation of an interlinkage magnetic flux caused by a difference between a present temperature of the motor that is measured by a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the motor, and a predefined reference temperature; a torque compensation value calculation part for calculating a torque compensation value corresponding to the present temperature of the motor by utilizing the estimated variation of the interlinkage magnetic flux with a temperature change of the motor; and a torque compensation part which applies the torque compensation value that is calculated correspondingly to the temperature change of the motor to compensate an error relative to request torque Te* of a torque command and outputs a final torque command including the error compensated request torque to a current map 10 of the motor controller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
