PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power user with energy consumption-related information useful for saving energy and energy cost reduction and the like.SOLUTION: A energy saving support system 10 provides a user having, in a house 40, electric loads 43, 45 that are supplied with electric energy from a power supply system 20 with energy consumption-related information by using a photo frame and the like. Meanwhile, the system includes an information provision apparatus (CEMS). The information provision apparatus obtains an acceptability level representing a stepwise degree of interest of the user regarding the energy consumption-related information, and determines the energy consumption-related information to be newly provided for the user on the basis of the acceptability level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
