PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply management system for providing a power user with information related to electricity rates.SOLUTION: A power supply management system 10 includes: a rates setup part CEMS 30 for setting a time band-specific electricity rate unit price (a first electricity rate unit price FP and a second electricity rate unit price SP); and a report part (CEMS, PC and photo frame) for reporting, to a user, information related to the set electricity rate unit price. The first electricity rate unit price is an electricity unit price for an in-house electric load 43, and the second electricity rate unit price is an electricity unit price in the case of charging an on-vehicle battery 46 using a charge-discharge device 45. The rates setup part predicts a load factor of a transformer 21 and sets a discount ratio for the second electricity rate unit price higher (i.e., lowers the second electricity rate unit price) proportionately as the predicted load factor decreases. The second electricity rate unit price is calculated from the first electricity rate unit price and the discount ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
