PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve conductivity of liquid fuel while preventing the liquid fuel from being charged.SOLUTION: The fuel cartridge includes: a liquid fuel; and a container storing the liquid fuel. The liquid fuel contains methanol and water, and the amount of carbon dioxide dissolved in the liquid fuel is Ccm/cm. Under solution equilibrium, when the amount of carbon dioxide dissolved in the liquid fuel at 25°C in an air of 1.01×10Pa is Ccm/cm, the fuel cartridge satisfies Cis larger than Ca fuel battery system including the fuel cartridge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
