PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booster circuit 10 having a plurality of stages of unit circuit 100, where a high breakdown voltage is not required for transistors.SOLUTION: A booster circuit is constituted by connecting 10 stages of unit circuit 100. The unit circuit 100 of each stage holds the voltage of a signal Vi(n) by turning a transistor 102 on, shifts the voltage thus held by voltage change of a clock signal Ck_B3, after the transistor 102 is turned off, and outputs the voltage thus held as a signal Vo(n) by turning a transistor 104 on. The gate voltage of the transistor 102 is a voltage obtained by level shifting the voltage of a signal Vi(n-1) with a clock signal Ck_B1, and the gate voltage of the transistor 104 is a voltage obtained by level shifting the voltage of a signal Vi(n) with a clock signal Ck_B2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
