PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable operation even under a low power voltage without adding a redundant circuit.SOLUTION: A power-on reset circuit includes: a reference voltage generator circuit which generates a reference voltage and outputs the voltage of a node having a slower rise voltage than the reference voltage as a control voltage; a comparison voltage generator circuit which is operated on receiving the control voltage output from the reference voltage generator circuit, and outputs a comparative voltage according to a power voltage; and a comparison circuit which compares the comparison voltage, which is output from the comparison voltage generator circuit, with the reference voltage output from the reference voltage generator circuit, and outputs an operation signal while the comparison voltage exceeds the reference voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
