PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image processing apparatus which can reduce a delay time from the occurrence of an error to the restoration thereof.SOLUTION: A reference image determination unit 14 determines, as a reference image, a local decoding image (image data D11) generated in a vertical synchronization period T11 immediately before a vertical synchronization period T12 in which an error occurs, in a vertical synchronization period T13 next to the vertical synchronization period T12 in which the error occurs and a vertical synchronization period T14 two after the vertical synchronization period T12 in which the error occurs. Also, a reference image determination part 35 determines, as a reference image, a local decoding image (image data D11) generated in the vertical synchronization period T11 immediately before the vertical synchronization period T12 in which the error occurs, in the vertical synchronization period T13 next to the vertical synchronization period T12 in which the error occurs and the vertical synchronization period T14 two after the vertical synchronization period T12 in which the error occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
