An endoscope connection tool, comprising: a cylindrical portion having an inflow port to which a fluid delivery apparatus is connected, a discharge port from which a fluid that flows in from the inflow port is discharged, and a flow path that connects the inflow port and the discharge port; a detection hole that is opened in an outer periphery of the cylindrical portion, and communicates with the flow path; a holding portion that engages with a pipe sleeve of an endoscope, and thereby holds the discharge port in a position facing an opening portion of the pipe sleeve; an urging member that is placed at the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion, and extends and contracts in a direction along the flow path; and a cover portion that is placed at the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion, moves to advance and retreat between a first position and a second position along the flow path by being interlocked with the urging member, is located in the first position that opens the detection hole by an urging force of the urging member when the holding portion does not engage with the pipe sleeve, and abuts on an outer surface of the endoscope to move to the second position which is nearer to the inflow port than the first position to close or narrow the detection hole when the holding portion engages with the pipe sleeve.
