A permanent magnet assembly (24) is arranged in the accommodating groove (25). The permanent magnet assembly consists of an elastic permanently magnetic magnet strip (35), which is bent into a ring structure and which has two strip end segments (35a, 35b) that face each other. The magnet strip (35) has a smaller width than the accommodating groove (25), wherein each of the two strip end segments (35a, 35b) of the magnet strip is firmly clamped in the accommodating groove (25).
