PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device etc. capable of suppressing a trouble caused by information sharing.SOLUTION: A terminal device includes: a display unit which displays information; an operation unit which accepts an operation; a communication unit that transmits/receives the information; a voice output unit which outputs voice on the basis of voice data received by the communication unit; and a control unit which determines, while the communication unit communicates the voice data with another terminal devices and is outputting to the voice output unit a speech communication voice between with the other terminal device, whether or not the information transmission of the information output to the display unit to the other terminal device is prohibited, and controls the information transmission when the information transmission is prohibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
