PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomarker which is varied according to progress of a disease state of an irritable bowel syndrome.SOLUTION: A biomarker for diagnosis of an irritable bowel syndrome is configured so that a m/z value which is obtained by measuring a human urine which is diluted with 0.1% (w/w) formic acid aqueous solution to which 0.09% (w/w) sodium azide is added, with LC/MS, is 121.1, 130.0, 130.1, 133.1, 149.0, 152.0, 156.1, 159.2, 162.1, 166.0, 168.1, 169.3, 170.1, 175.1, 180.8, 181.0, 181.2, 182.1, 182.3, 189.2, 192.0, 196.2, 197.0, 198.1, 205.1, 205.2, 210.1, 212.1, 216.1, or the like, (the m/z value includes an error range of ±0.1), and a content in a human urine is varied by affection of the irritable bowel syndrome.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
