PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate that exhibits excellent oil resistance without using a polypropylene film on the innermost surface layer of a packaging material.SOLUTION: The laminate is composed of three layers of at least a (A) layer, a (B) layer and a (C) layer laminated in this order and the (A) layer comprises polyolefin satisfying the requirements (a) to (c) as given below, the (B) layer comprises an adhesive satisfying the requirements (d) to (f) and the (C) layer comprises a substrate having at least one layer. The requirement (a): the density is 900 to 970 kg/m; the requirement (b): the MFR is 2 to 30 g/10 min; the requirement (c): the film thickness is 5 to 25 μm; the requirement (d): the film thickness is 0.01 to 3.0 μm; the requirement (e): the glass transition point is -30 to +10°C; and the requirement (f): the storage elastic modulus E' at 20°C is 1.0×10to 2.5×10Pa.SELECTED DRAWING: None
