PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of enhancing contrast of a mobile object to make the mobile object easy to see.SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises an image processing unit. The image processing unit: receives, as input, image data; determines a motion amount in an image on the basis of the image data; and corrects brightness of the image data so that an object having larger motion amount has higher contrast and outputs the corrected image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
