PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined oil-and-fat confectionery that is capable of producing a satisfactory taste of a texture gap in an oil-and-fat confectionery, such as chocolate, and is suitable for mass production by an extrusion molding apparatus or the like.SOLUTION: A combined oil-and-fat confectionery is obtainable by joining a first oil-and-fat confectionery constituting an inner layer and a second oil-and-fat confectionery that constitutes an outer layer by covering the entirety or at least the most part of the first oil-and-fat confectionery. The first oil-and-fat confectionery is made of chocolate not subjected to gas-containing or having a gas-containing specific gravity of 0.3-1.2. The second oil-and-fat confectionery is made of chocolate having a gas-containing specific gravity of 0.2-1.1. The specific gravity of the first oil-and-fat confectionery is not less than 0.1 greater than the specific gravity of the second oil-and-fat confectionery. After being subjected to firing, a surface of the second oil-and-fat confectionery is thermally denaturated so as not be sticky when being held by a human hand.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
