PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for an invert, which enables a placing joint part between lining concrete and invert concrete to be constructed with high quality.SOLUTION: A form 1 for an invert includes a curved form 2 for molding an inner empty face of the invert, and a reinforcing material 3 that is provided on the back face of the curved form 2. An inclined form 5 for molding an upper end face of the invert is provided.
