PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanization method for a pneumatic tire in which the degree of freedom and productivity are not deteriorated while increasing its dimensional accuracy.SOLUTION: Provided is a tire vulcanization method where a green tire T is set into a mold 1, and a bladder 2 is inserted to the inside of the green tire T and expansion is caused, thus pressing is performed to the outside in the direction of the tire diameter and vulcanization molding is performed. The bladder 2 is expanded in a state where a rigidity strengthening ring 3 having a body part 7 and a taper part 4 is interposed between the inner circumferential face of the region corresponding to the tread part of the green tire T and the outer circumferential face of the region corresponding to the tread part of the bladder 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
