PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bakery food dough having a large mix amount of eggs, for obtaining a bakery food which has a moist texture with good melting feeling in the mouth (good chewability in the mouth), and a bakery food obtained by heating and baking the dough.SOLUTION: A bakery food dough contains ingredients (A), (B), (C) and (D) as follows: (A) 100 pts.mass of grain flour; (B) 50-150 pts.mass of eggs; (C) 50-150 pts. mass of saccharide; and (D) 50-150 pts. mass of a plastic oil-and-fat composition.
