PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for starting a plurality of shield machines without using a vertical pit, and for continuously supplying materials and equipment to the plurality of shield machines.SOLUTION: The transport device includes: two or more rotational structures, each having a cylindrical outer frame installed away from an outer surface of a first shield tunnel, a cylindrical inner frame installed inside the outer frame and close to the outer surface of the first shield tunnel, and a plurality of cylindrical transport units connecting the outer frame with the inner frame and transporting goods carried in through one of two or more openings formed on the first shield tunnel, the goods being transported in a circumferential direction of the first shield tunnel; and a plurality of rotation means disposed between a ground located away from the outer surface of the first shield tunnel and each of the outer frames, and between the first shield tunnel and each of the inner frames, for rotating each of the rotational structures.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
