PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and stirring cooker having excellent cooking performance with which plural coils are switched according to an application such as heating, stirring or the like and a load state, one of the coils can be made to serve for both of heating and stirring at the same time, uneven heating is little irrespective of the shape and dimension of a pan, stirring can be uniformly performed, and cooking time can be shortened.SOLUTION: A heating and stirring cooker has a top plate 13 on which a heating and stirring target object is mounted, plural coils 11 disposed below the top plate, an inverter 17 for supplying the plural coils with current, and a controller 18 for controlling the output of the inverter. The controller supplies high frequency current to at least one of the plural coils, and supplies low frequency current during an off period for which supply of high frequency current is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
