PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust with a simple configuration the air flow of a blower fan according to the state of a constitution part.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: a fixation unit 20 including a pressure changing mechanism 200B that is driven by a drive source and changes the pressure state of a heating roller 21 and a fixation roller 22 between a pressurized state in which the heating roller 21 is brought into pressure contact with the fixation roller 22 by prescribed force and a non-pressurized state in which the heating roller 21 and the fixation roller 22 are not in contact with each other; and a blower fan 130 that performs cooling by exhausting air around the fixation unit 20 from an opening 110a of an outside panel 110. The blower fan 130 is disposed so that the attitude thereof can be changed with respect to the outside panel 110, and the image forming apparatus also comprises an attitude changing mechanism 200A that changes the attitude of the blower fan 130 according to the pressure state of the two fixation members by the drive source of the pressure changing mechanism 200B to change the amount of emission of air.
