PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition member having a high antireflection, antifouling property, durability, and productivity.SOLUTION: Partition members 10 and 60 include transparent bodies 15 and 65, and antireflection films 20 and 70 pasted on one-side surfaces of the transparent bodies 15 and 65, respectively. Each of the antireflection films 20 and 70 has an uneven structure layer 30 having an uneven surface 31 formed of a plurality of linear projections 32 that are arranged at an average arrangement interval Pof 500 nm and extend in the direction non-parallel with the arrangement direction.
