PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To practically improve electric characteristics of a semiconductor element comprising a current path configured by a plurality of carbon nano-tubes.SOLUTION: A semiconductor element comprises: a current path configured by a plurality of carbon nano-tubes; two electrodes electrically contacted with each other via the current path; and a layer of mixture of dye and resin that is provided so as to be contacted with a part or all of a region of the current path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
