It is a system intended to replace the methods such as bill, postdated check and policy which allow the persons and institutions to assign their legal dated receivables, incomes or assets to their debts and the capital market through the membership system by using technologies such as reliable electronic signature and the like which the Government considers/will consider as original signature. At the same time, products and services will be traded between the members and e-bills will be issued. Our innovation is a "resource routing" system which routes and accelerates the resources created by our members; in other words, it is related to the application (see: Claim 1) of mainly the "debt routing" and formerly named in the former Code of Obligations as the "disposition" process in an electronic environment by a developed software. |
