The present invention relates to a current shut-off device of a parking assistance system, and a current shut-off method of a parking assistance system. The current shut-off device of a parking assistance system controls current shut-off hold time to improve use efficiency of a parking assistance system. According to the present invention, the current shut-off device of a parking assistance system comprises: a power supply IC supplying driving power to a plurality of sensors and detecting an amount of an input current of the sensors; and a control unit shutting off the power of the power supply IC in a case that the set current shut-off hold time is elapsed when the amount of the input amount of the sensors detected by the power supply IC is not within a preset normal current range. |
