PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated window pane for an automobile that is excellent in appearance quality and can suppresses scratch formation on a film coated on a window glass pane even in repeated open-close operations.SOLUTION: A coated window pane for an automobile has a film applied on a window pane of an openable-closable window of an automobile door. The window pane has an upper noncoated zone having a predetermined width from the upper end and a coated zone of which the upper edge is the lower edge of the upper noncoated zone. The film is at least one of an ultraviolet absorption film, an infrared absorption film and antifogging film. The predetermined width is the same as or larger than a width of the window pane housed in a glass housing part of an upper flame of the door when the window is closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
