PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, electronic equipment and a mobile body, in which electric characteristics are less likely influenced.SOLUTION: The electronic device includes: a vibration element 6 having a vibrator provided with an adjusting part, an electrode disposed on the vibrator, and a connection electrode electrically connected to the above electrode; an IC 3 disposed opposing to the vibration element 6; a terminal 74 disposed on an upper surface side of the IC 3 and electrically connected to the connection electrode via a fixing member 8; a wiring part 72 electrically connected to the terminal 74 and located below the terminal 74; and a protective layer 5 located above the wiring part 72 and disposed at a position where the adjusting part and the wiring part 72 overlap in a plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
