PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ca-Si-F-based compound containing a new CaSiFcompound, and to provided a composite material, a semiconductor and a battery each using the Ca-Si-F-based compound.SOLUTION: The Ca-Si-F-based compound contains a compound (CaSiFcompound) having a composition represented by a composition formula: CaSiF(1.1<x≤2.5). The composite material includes an Si(111) substrate, and a Ca-Si-F-based compound synthesized on the Si(111) substrate. Such the Ca-Si-F-based compound is obtained by diffusing fluorine in CaSi. The obtained Ca-Si-F-based compound and the composite material can be used for a semiconductor and an electrode material of a battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
