PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional gas mixture method enables no sufficient mixture because of a specific gravity difference of gasses and causes a low effect of increase in arc voltage although the reason why mixed inert gas is used for gas shield arc-welding method is to increase arc voltage with molecular dissociation heat when molecules dissociate into atoms, and that a current gas shield arc-welding method has a limit on an increase in welding current value although copper welding needs a rise of welding heat input by raising an arc temperature with a rise in welding current.SOLUTION: An electrified shield gas, produced by making a shield gas pass through an electrifier to be electrified, and a vaporized flux, produced by blowing the shield gas into a vaporizer filled with a liquid flux, are mixed with a gas mixer to produce a flux-containing shield gas. A shield gas or a flux component of K or B is turned into plasma to embody an improvement in arc voltage increase or welding properties by leading the flux-containing shield gas into a welding torch to weld the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
