PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of efficiently suppressing a decrease in display quality even when source wiring is short-circuited.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device 10 comprises: a liquid crystal panel 1; and a timing controller 20 including a memory 22 storing coordinate information specifying short-circuited source wiring 2, a counter 21 which counts horizontal coordinates of a plurality of pixels corresponding to a plurality of gradation values of a video signal included in one horizontal scanning period in an input video signal, a comparator circuit 25 which compares the coordinate information with a counted value, and a correction circuit 23 which generates a corrected video signal by correcting the respective gradation values of the input video signals corresponding to respective pixels connected to the source wiring specified by the coordinate information according to a comparison result of the comparator circuit for each horizontal scanning period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
