PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate (reduce) handling of cash in settlement of a usage fee for "common facilities" and "concierge service" of multiple dwelling houses.SOLUTION: A settlement system for multiple dwelling includes the steps of: acquiring member data from a data storage section; acquiring use object data from a data storage section; receiving a member selection telegraphic message representing that a member is selected; receiving use object selection telegraphic message representing that a use object is selected; receiving a payment method telegraphic message representing a payment method for the use object; and storing in the data storage section, use object use result data associating the member data corresponding to the member selection telegraphic message out of the member data, use object data corresponding to the use object selection telegraphic message out of the use object data, and the payment method telegraphic message.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
