PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus having a logarithmic compression circuit of a photodiode, and capable of reducing temperature drift and noise due to a heating component.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes a photodiode, an output circuit performing logarithmic compression of a current outputted from the photodiode, and a heating component provided on the periphery of the photodiode. In the output circuit, components for low current detection are provided on a substrate mounting the heating component, and components for high current detection having temperature drift characteristics are mounted on other substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
