A liquid crystal display panel and a via hole (10) thereof for an electrical connection. The via hole (10) is formed in an insulating basal body (20), the upper surface and the lower surface of the insulating basal body (20) being respectively provided with a first metal layer (30) and a second metal layer (40), and the inner wall of the via hole (10) being provided with a concave-convex structure (11), and when the first metal layer (30) is formed in a sputtering manner, a metal raw material is adhered to the concave-convex structure (11), so that the electrical connection between the first metal layer (30) and second metal layer (40) is realized. By the means above, the electrical connection area between the upper metal layer and the lower metal layer can be increased, the resistance is reduced, the power consumption for electrical signal transfer is reduced, and the signal delay is avoided. |
