Provided is a functional multilayer film having a function layer that is obtained by dispersing a functional material in a binder, and this functional multilayer film is capable of suppressing the generation of air bubbles in the function layer, while being also capable of preventing deterioration of the functional material due to water or oxygen. The function layer is obtained by dispersing a functional material in a binder, and the binder is obtained by polymerizing monomers. The monomers include a monomer X having a molecular weight of 100-1,500 in an amount of 50% by mass or more relative to the total mass of the monomers. The gas barrier performance of a gas barrier film is from 0.005 [g/(m2·day)] to 0.8 [g/(m2·day)]. |
