PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a liquid high purity organic silicon compound or its composition useful for production on a commercial scale.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a liquid high purity organic silicon compound or its composition, including: a capture step where a liquid organic silicon compound and an impurity-containing composition containing organic impurities derived from the organic modification agent of the organic silicon compound are contacted with sold grains including one or more substances selected from cross-linking type polymer organic compounds capable of capturing the organic impurities, and the organic impurities are captured to the sold grains; and a separation step where the organic silicon compound and the solid grains are separated.SELECTED DRAWING: None
