PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition excellent in heat stability, flowability (low melt viscosity) and mechanical physical property.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyacetal resin composition containing 100 pts.mass of (A) a polyacetal resin, 0.01 to 10 pts.mass of (B) at least one kind of siloxane-based compound represented by the formula (I).
