PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of preventing damage to a road surface and improving its durability and on-ice performance.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire 1 having a tread part 2 includes a fiber layer 3 integrally provided by bonding or vulcanization on a ground contacting surface S of a tread part 2 which contacts a road surface. The fiber layer 3 has a net shape having a plurality of meshes 4 in a plan view of the tread 2. When a part of the fiber layer 3 is damaged, it is hard to be freely separable from the tread part 2 and the expansion of the damaged part can be prevented. In addition, the fiber layer 3 can prevent slippage with the ground contacting surface. While the pneumatic tire 1 prevents damage to the road surface, its durability and on-ice performance can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
