PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensioner unit easy in assembling, capable of preventing dropping of a sleeve and a washer configuring an oscillation fulcrum portion of a pulley arm and various components such as a bolt in a state before assembling the pulley arm, and being assembled to a tensioner fitting object in the drop prevention state.SOLUTION: A sleeve 13 is inserted into a cylindrical portion 11 disposed on a pulley arm 10, a belt 14 is inserted into the sleeve 13, and a pair of washers 18, 19 fitted to the bolt 14 are abutted to both end portions of the sleeve 13. A plurality of caulking projections 21 axially opposed to an end portion of a screw shaft portion 17 of the bolt 14, are disposed on a back face inner peripheral portion of a face opposed to the cylindrical portion 11, of the washer 19 to lock the washer 19 and the bolt 14, and the bolt 14 is fastened in the locked state to mount the pulley arm 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
