PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film which is improved in conduction reliability by sufficiently acquiring conductive terminals at each connection terminal while suppressing short-circuiting even when connection terminals having a fine pitch are connected.SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive film has a structure in which a conductive particle unit 3 having conductive particles 2 arranged in an array, or the conductive particle unit 3 having the conductive particles 2 arranged in the array and independent conductive particles are arranged in a lattice shape in an insulating adhesive layer 4.
