PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable radiographic imaging apparatus with high detective quantum efficiency (DQE) by forming taller partition members, increasing thickness of a scintillator thereby, without sacrificing yield in fabricating partition members and high definition of the apparatus.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 100 includes a scintillator substrate 120 for converting radiation into light and an image capturing substrate 110 for detecting converted light from the scintillator substrate 120. The scintillator substrate 120 has a plurality of partition members 121A, 122A laminated in a height direction, which divide scintillators 121b, 122b into a plurality of sections by means of partition walls 121a, 122a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
