PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery voltage detection device making it possible to protect a capacitor.SOLUTION: A battery voltage detection device 100 includes a detector 20, a microcomputer 30, a first capacitor 11 and second capacitor 12 that are connected in series with each other, and a third capacitor made up of the first capacitor 11 and second capacitor 12. The microcomputer 30 switches the states of connection of battery blocks V0 to V10 with the first capacitor 11 to third capacitor so as to charge at least one of the first capacitor 11 to third capacitor, and allows the detector 20 to detect the voltages of the respective battery blocks V0 to V10. When charging the third capacitor, if the microcomputer 30 decides that a voltage is applied to only one of the first capacitor 11 and second capacitor 12, the microcomputer 30 discharges the first capacitor 11 and second capacitor 12 so as to change a schedule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
