摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control method capable of controlling a temperature of controlling medium supplied to an object to be controlled in temperature to a set temperature while accomplishing energy saving and reducing cost.SOLUTION: A temperature adjusting device in this invention comprises: a freezer 2 including a primary side circulation circuit 3 with a compressor 4, a condenser 5, a cooling expansion valve 6, and a heat exchanger 7, a hot gas bypass circuit 8 connecting between the compressor and the condenser and between the cooling expansion valve and the heat exchanger in the primary side circulation circuit, and a hot gas expansion valve 9 arranged at the midway part of the hot gas bypass circuit; and a secondary side circulation circuit 12 for supplying control medium for circulating the control medium controlled to a prescribed temperature between an object to be adjusted in temperature and a heat exchanger. This temperature adjusting device is applied to operate as follows. A temperature sensor is installed in the secondary side circulation circuit and a degree of opening of each of the cooling expansion valve and the hot gas expansion valve is adjusted in response to a result of detection by the temperature sensor, thereby a temperature of the control medium supplied to an object to be adjusted in temperature is controlled to a set temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
