The invention relates to a communication method between a terminal transmitting a communication request and a receiving terminal, wherein said method includes: a step (E5) wherein the receiving terminal receives the communication request, the communication request including a communication mode proposed such as to establish the requested communication, following a user interaction (E7) carried out on the receiving terminal indicating the selection of another communication mode different from the proposed communication mode; a step of sending (E8) an acceptance message to the transmitting terminal, the acceptance message including said other selected communication mode; following the step of sending the acceptance message, a step of modifying (E11) the display of a display device associated with the receiving terminal such that a communication interface relative to said other communication mode is displayed; and a step (E12) of communicating between the receiving terminal and the transmitting terminal according to said other communication mode, via said communication interface. |
