PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device which cooperatively controls cooling function and heating function, performs highly stable control to avoid a hunting phenomenon or the like, secures high control accuracy, and has excellent energy saving performance.SOLUTION: A temperature control device calculates a deviation value e of a detection temperature PV and a set temperature SV, performs PID control so as to make the deviation value e zero, and has a PID control system 10 which outputs to a heating part 4 or a cooling part 5 corresponding to the variable, only one relatively large manipulated variable from: a heating manipulated variable yh which is generated from an operation output I, an operation output D, the deviation value e, and a heating side proportional band and controls the heating part 4; and a cooling manipulated variable yc which is generated from the operation output I, the operation output D, the deviation value e, and a cooling side proportional band and controls the cooling part 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
