PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactify a projection lens, to improve the degree of freedom of a front view shape of the projection lens, and to achieve sufficient replenishment with respect to light shortage of a light distribution pattern according to the compactification of the projection lens.SOLUTION: This invention includes: a lens 2; a semiconductor type light source 3; and a reflector 6. The lens 2 is the lens excluding a peripheral part of a basic lens 200. The reflector 6 is arranged between the lens 2 and the semiconductor type light source 3. At the reflector 6, a reflection surface 60 is provided for making light L2 entering the excluded portion of the basic lens 200 from the semiconductor type light source 3 incident in the lens 2. As a result of this, this invention can compactify the lens 2, enhances the degree of freedom of a front view shape of the lens 2, and can achieve sufficient replenishment with respect to light shortage of a light distribution pattern according to the compactification of the lens 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
