PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide unfermented beer-like sparkling drink having bitterness like beer without using hop as a raw material.SOLUTION: Unfermented beer-like sparkling drink containing not less than one kind of pungent substance selected from a group consisting of quassin, spilanthol, menthol and allyl isothiocyanate, the unfermented beer-like sparkling drink that the pungent substance is the spilanthol, and either of the unfermented beer-like sparkling drink that quassin content is 30-120 ppb.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
