PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission system, power transmission apparatus and power reception apparatus having a structure capable of keeping fluctuations in a coupling coefficient (κ) low in both cases where a power transmission coil and a power reception coil are in a facing state and in a positional deviation state.SOLUTION: The power transmission system includes a power reception coil 250 and a power transmission coil 450 wound so that a first power transmission winding section 450a and a second power reception winding section 250b do not overlap when the first power transmission winding section 450a and the first power reception winding section 250a overlap at a position where a power transmission winding axis CL1 and a power reception winding axis CL2 are displaced from each other in a plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
