PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine oil quantity detection device capable of easily returning an oil level gauge to a guide tube.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine oil quantity detection device for detecting a quantity of oil stored in an oil pan of an internal combustion engine, comprises: a guide tube provided to protrude from the internal combustion engine and communicating with the oil pan; and an oil level gauge inserted into the guide tube so as to be able to freely insert or pull out the oil level gauge, having a detection unit provided in a tip end portion thereof and measuring a quantity of oil, and extending in a rod manner, an extensible bellows part is provided on a tip end side of the guide tube in the protrusion direction, and a grip part that can be attached to or detached from a front side end portion of the bellows part in the extension direction thereof is provided in an opposite end portion of the oil level gauge to the end portion provided with the detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
