PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery-less power generation circuit that uses a noise current and is capable of performing constant power generation day and night by being able to receive radio broadcasting even when a commercial power source is stopped due to occurrence of a disaster or the like.SOLUTION: In a silicon electron substrate 2, an AC power supply circuit 21 and a filter circuit 22 are connected with each other through an SPD 4, an electric current and an electromagnetic wave to flow through the filter circuit 22 are generated with a capacitor and a coil provided in the filter circuit 22, and a germanium radio circuit 6 is included.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
